PRIVACY POLICY

a) Data Controller and Representative

In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, your personal data may be processed by Yeşileko Ham Madde Plastik San. ve Tic. LTD. (Yeşileko) as the data controller, within the scope described below. Yeşileko takes all necessary security measures at the highest level to ensure the lawful collection, storage, sharing, and protection of your privacy in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Our goal is to inform you transparently regarding the collection methods, purposes of processing, recipients of shared data, legal grounds, and your rights in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the "Protection of Personal Data" and in line with your satisfaction.

b) Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected by Yeşileko, our branches, call center, subsidiaries, partner or supplier companies, or through our website, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar means by automatic or non-automatic methods. The data categories include identification information, contact details, customer information, customer transaction information, transaction security information, banking information, legal process and compliance information, marketing and sales information, and more.

The personal data collected will be processed by Yeşileko to ensure the legal and commercial security of Yeşileko and individuals involved in business relationships with Yeşileko, to carry out necessary operations to provide you with the products and services offered by Yeşileko, for promotional, sales, and marketing activities aimed at improving the quality of services and products, to offer you personalized advertisements, campaigns, benefits, and other advantages, to recommend and promote services based on preferences and needs, to plan and implement market research activities for sales and marketing, to manage customer relationship processes, evaluate requests and complaints, contact you to provide necessary information about services and products, perform online sales and membership, manage payment processes, carry out billing and collection procedures, and to manage Yeşileko’s business relationships and determine and implement business strategies. These activities will be carried out in accordance with the conditions and purposes for processing personal data specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data. Your personal data may also be processed under the conditions set out in these Articles for the execution of the contract, fulfillment of Yeşileko's legal obligations, and for legitimate interests without infringing upon the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, to the extent necessary and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

c) Who the Personal Data May Be Transferred To and the Purpose of Transfer

Your personal data will be shared for the purposes mentioned above with third parties as required for the fulfillment of these purposes, and as required by the law, including but not limited to, subsidiaries, branches, parties authorized under the Turkish Commercial Code, Turkish Code of Obligations, and other laws and regulations, authorized public institutions and authorities, administrative and legal authorities, banks and financial institutions for banking and financial transactions, service and maintenance solution partners, suppliers, entities providing services in collaboration with Yeşileko, program partner institutions, and relevant third parties contracted to send communications on behalf of Yeşileko. Your data may also be shared in accordance with the data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law No. 6698.

Thus, our company may process your personal data in accordance with the law, and as necessary, for the performance of legal obligations and to provide you with better services. Your data may be shared with our subsidiaries and other related entities in line with the Personal Data Protection Law.

d) Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected by Yeşileko through various channels (verbally, in writing, electronically through email, websites, face-to-face meetings, security camera systems at our premises, and via our call center) for the purpose of conducting our commercial activities. The data is collected based on legal grounds outlined in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law and processed for the purposes mentioned in (b) and (c) above.

e) Rights of the Data Subject Under Article 11 of the KVK Law

As data subjects, you have the right to request information regarding your personal data from Yeşileko. Upon receiving your request, Yeşileko will respond as soon as possible, and no later than thirty days, free of charge. However, if the Personal Data Protection Authority determines that a fee is applicable, a charge according to the established fee schedule will apply. As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
• To request the correction of your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete, and to request that such corrections be communicated to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist, and to request that this be communicated to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
• To object to the processing of your data if processed solely by automated systems leading to an unfavorable outcome for you,
• To request compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing of your personal data.
• In case of camera records from your visit to our company or branches for security purposes, these will only be shared upon request from the Prosecutor's Office.

To exercise these rights, you can submit a written request with the necessary details to Yeşileko either in person to the address of our company (Organize Sanayi Bölgesi, Eğribucak Mh. Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bulvarı No:235 Melikgazi / Kayseri) or via notary or through your registered electronic mail (email) address at info@yesileko.com.

Yeşileko reserves the right to request a fee in accordance with the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority for fulfilling your request.

Yeşileko reserves the right to change its Privacy Principles and Terms of Use at any time.

By subscribing or using the application, the user accepts that they have read and agreed to the Privacy Principles and Terms of Use and that they will abide by these terms.
